The leather was so dry on the shoes.👟 very disappointed. My guess would be they got thrown in a washing machine to clean them and either thrown in a hot dryer or baked in the sun. The shoe is so tight. I can’t even get my foot in it and I wear a 8.5 I bought a size 9. They should fit.Plus the inserts are buckled up. I have soaked them in leather conditioner, and still can’t use them. So they will be thrown away. I will say they were very clean. So I assume good intentions .
