I did contact seller and explained to her that when her listing said womens 7 that is what I'm going to go by cuz well I'm a womens 7. When I got the skates, the bottom of the inside boot said size 6. That is a womens 6. I'm very educated with Moxi. I have 5 pairs. She refused to make it right. I suggested to her in her future listings she should show the inside of the boot since that is the true size. Not what the box sizes say. See pic below of different skate of what a true sz7 is.
