The item was absolutely fine but I paid for next day delivery via DPD. I called them and spoke to a very helpful gentleman as I had no notification from DPD. Warehouse hadn't sent it, the item finally arrived 3 days later. My end customer was relaxed thankfully and the tool was top notch. But come on guys get it together. I'll give you guys two stars for communication because your counter staff was genuinely embarrassed to tell me the warehouse have dropped the ball again.
