I had problems fitting the pieces together, I assembled the roof only to find it would not fit to the base, I eventually managed after a lot of hard work to get an end result. Sadly the top of the well was not perfect as I had to leave a slight gap to be able to fit in the top. Several of the pieces were chipped away slightly which didn't help. I have assembled one before with no problems.
