I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. My order took nearly two weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong item. Mistakes happen, but the seller's response to my issue was unbelievable and completely unwarranted. He accused me of lying about the mistake and insisted that all items are new in his messages, even though the listing clearly stated they were second-hand. The lack of honesty and professionalism was shocking. I do not recommend this seller.
