- En caso del desistimiento del paquete (realiza su compra ,no presenta ninguna anomalía y el producto es exacto a la descripción del mismo en el anuncio) el usuario debe responsabilizarse de la devolución del producto a nuestras instalaciones corriendo por su cuenta el gasto generado por está devolución ( envío de producto por cambio de criterio ).

- Los gastos de envío urgente serán por cuenta del Comprador. El Usuario dispondrá de un plazo de treinta días, para resolver la compraventa sin incurrir en penalización ni gasto alguno, excepto los gastos correspondientes a la devolución del bien, siempre que la propia naturaleza del bien adquirido lo permita.

- Para tramitar las devoluciones, el cliente deberá contactar previamente para así poder facilitarle la dirección postal del envío. La mercancía debe entregar se empaquetada en un envoltorio cerrado y sellado que cubra su embalaje original.

- Si el envío fuera por cuenta del cliente debe llegar igualmente a nuestro almacén perfectamente identificado. Si el producto llegará en mal estado por causa del transporte el usuario deberá indicarlo en albarán del transportista y contactar con nosotros dentro de las 24 horas de su recepción para hacer la reclamación. Pasado este plazo la tienda Bunker Shop no se responsabilizará de ninguna reclamación por dicho motivo.
