Verkäufer verkauft ein nicht zu 100% funktionierendes Teil. Erst wird eine Teil Rückerstattung angeboten. Meine Werkstatt konnte das Teil mit einem anderen Neuteil Instandsetzen. Nun wird die Teilrückerstattung nur gegen Vorlage der Rechnung angeboten. Oder ich solle das Teil zurück schicken. Geht jetzt natürlich nicht mehr da ich das Teil reparieren lassen habe.

Wir haben die Rücknahme angeboten, defekter Teil war angeblich bereits verbaut, deshalb Rücksendung abgelehnt und volle Rückerstattung gefordert. Angeblich bei Mercedes instand setzel lassen – Teilübernahme dieser Kosten bei Übermittlung der Rechnung angeboten. Abgelehnt und negativ bewertet. Unseriöser geht es kaum!

Verkäufer kümmert sich nicht richtig um das Anliegen. Gefühlt werden die Nachrichten nur überflogen und nicht richtig gelesen. Auf RAT von Mercedes wurde ein Teil erneuert und getauscht. Es war nur Rat der Mercedes Werkstatt und Kein Einbau der MB Werkstatt. Warum soll ich ein Teil nach Reperatur wieder zurück schicken? Ich wollte lediglich eine Teilrückerstattung meiner Kosten. Leider ist dies mit diesem Verkäufer nicht möglich. Sehr Schade.
