I accidentally ordered the wrong pen. I immediately reached out to the seller to cancel the order. He refused and insisted on shipping. What he did next was more ridiculous: he sent me a bait pen and forced me to waste my time to return it. When I tried to resolve the issue with the seller, instead of giving any apologies, he attacked me personally and called me a hypocrite. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would not recommend doing business with this seller.
