I don't like leaving negative feedback, but the product is clearly fake, and not Wenger Swissgear. However, it's my own fault as the low price should have been a warning. Leaving a Neutral rating here as although the bag is a fake, it's probably of a quality that is reflected in the price. Also noted that although it's described as "Wenger Swissgear" the details state "unbranded".

Brought this bag 3 weeks ago. Quality wise it looks good. All the zippers and handles are too good.. checked during rain and it's fine to carry laptop (not checked in heavy rain). Comfort is based on the bag size selection.. based of the body type select the bag size.. if you're 6 or more 6 with wide shoulder then go for size 20.. else choose 17. I got the product whatever the date they mentioned for delivery. Not yet checked the USB n audio connector. So far its good product.
