Delivered in usable condition, the lens is just slightly loose in the socket. The ring and mounting are fixed and cannot be adjusted at all (I am an experienced fundus lens user, I have checked). As expected for a generic fundus lens it is uncoated, and smaller than the branded 60D lenses... but I got some nice, high magnification, undilated views of multiple patient retinas with this lens. If you are looking for a simple macula screening lens on a budget, go for it.
