This item was clearly damaged before shipping. Product box was damaged and covered with brown liquid stains, dirt, grease, torn shrink wrap. Item was poorly padded and sent in a USPS mailing envelope. There is no damage to the envelope it was shipped in. Seller's slow response was that I should contact USPS. Since seller hasn't taken responsibility, I've had to ask eBay to step in and do the right thing.

The bow and arrow set is beautiful. It arrived well packaged. I may need to reinforce the string to hang it since it's old, but it will look beautiful on my wall. The seller was very easy to deal with. Great communication!
