It turns on, the battery is weak. The processing take a bit to load the wifi, the pages, etc. Sadly in the description didn't mention that the Cd-Rom did not work. It does say for parts. Yet the description had not mention it. For that being I think I over paid by 10 dollars for it. But thank you for attention.
