Shipping label was created but the item was never delivered. The seller failed to provide prompt communication and only answered my messages a week after the purchase (too late as the item was intended as a birthday present). They cancelled my order stating the item was “lost in transit”, which, according to the other reviews, seems to be common.

Hi Buyer, We have informed you about the order status. We tried our best to deliver the order. But unfortunately, it has been lost in transit. We offer you another unit to reship and you ask for a refund. We did the same. Here we did our best to serve from our side.

The seller did not offer to reship a new unit and I did not request a refund. Instead I completed an “Item hasn’t arrived” form, stating I still wanted the item. This request was made due to the lack of response from the seller, which only notified me of the “label created” status after the purchase and of the item being “lost in transit” after they, unilaterally, cancelled and refunded the order.
