I paid good money for a full size picture of a dog on a mug and to have it personalized, when I see the mug it’s a small picture of a dog ( not the same size as in the picture) and it’s not personified, wtf,,,,this is how your eBay company is run, this was a Mother’s Day gift and to anything but a good experience,,,,,,,,
