The USPS tracking initially indicated that my package would be delivered on May 18th, but it did not arrive. Subsequently, it was rescheduled for May 25th, yet it still did not arrive despite the tracking status indicating otherwise. I reached out to the seller multiple times to report that my package was lost. The seller assured me that she had spoken to USPS and that the package was on its way. However, when I observed my mail carrier, put nothing in my box. So much for my brother's birthday.
