Would not buy from again. Shows were creased in multiple places and were dirty. Def would not have bought if actual pictures were shown.

The item pictured was sent, there was no bait and switch. I am not even sure how to comprehend this as I sure would not have time or energy to send pictures of something else and send a different product. She is a new buyer (3) and has minimal transactions. The item is labeled as described and pictures of the creases were noted. Her message to me stated I would never ordered a navy blue, When it said blue I was thinking a blue by croc's standard. Even though the decription line says navy
