The mirror glass was not heated and the harness wires were cut. I had to dissemble my broken mirror and this used one to make a fully functional one. What was supposed to be a 10 min bolt-in-replacement turned into a 2 1/2 hour project. I knew the item was used but the issues were not in the description. I was able to fully fix my side mirror so I am partially satisfied.
