I would expect to get full refund. The item was open box not used returned and none functioning. I would like to see the original add. The unit has been in stalled and it failed and returned. The 4 remote controls shown in picture are missing as well. The seller put it on the market as open box. Did not state none functioning unit.Please refund by money.
