Valve was scrap. To save my time I offered 100.00. Seller refunded 300 and I sent him 100.00 back. He did not know how to refund partial. I do not believe seller knew valve was scrap. I now have over 100 emails from seller and he calls me a liar. I asked him to just be honest. Do not be surprised if your product is scrap.
