Already contacted seller. I ordered 3 items and they sent me 2 of the 3 I ordered. Sent the wrong 3rd item and did little to correct their error. Giving a refund for the item is a lazy way to "appease" but not "please" a customer. The store is able to obtain the item they accidentally sent to someone else, but instead "oh well" here is your refund. Move along. Not the biggest customer service fiasco, but very sloppy on the mis-allocated item and not the best way to rectify their mistake.
