Purchased this book and paid for it and the seller got it ready to ship. Then the seller abruptly cancelled the order and refunded me saying that it was out of stock. How did they get it ready to ship if it was out of stock? Seems a little strange to me!

Seller finally explained what happened. Apparently there was a mishap, and the book was damaged somehow. Happy that all of my money was immediately refunded, but if the seller had communicated what happened in the beginning, we could have avoided a negative feedback comment.
