I was thrilled to find this item and was happy the seller accepted a fair offer. Unfortunately the item had a monogram which was not disclosed in the description or depicted in the photos. I immediately reached out to the seller who stated they did not realize there was a monogram on the bag. We came to a resolution of a partial refund to cover the cost of covering the monogram with a brass plaque, but this cost more than the refunded amount so in the end, I spent more on this bag than planned.
