Unfortunately the item arrived damaged in the post, it was only sent in a flat cardboard envelope with no protection. I contacted the seller who said to bend it back as it's only thin anyway ! I did the best I could but unfortunately the damage is still visable. As it's a gift for my nephew I have to keep it to avoid further disappointment although the seller offered a refund or 10% which I feel is very poor. Was also very unhelpful, said it's now ok and said will report ME to Ebay !

Where to begin? Firstly he has only posted a very small part of convo I’m happy to send anyone the full transcript of the convo to see what I actually said to try & help the buyer. He complained that the postage was too soon , there was a small bend in top corner which was easily sorted but he needed to use a “vice to fix it” these signs are very thin metal & on rare occasion they are bent,easily bent back. Wanted a 50% refund to not leave a negative! Just anyone ask me& I’ll send full convo
