This is the first piece of negative feedback that I’ve left on eBay, as my buying experiences are usually very positive. I bought a necklace from Olivia and she agreed that I could pay £15 less than the asking price. We agreed this over messaging. Once I made the purchase and asked for the £15 refund my messages were completely ignored. Very disappointing when you’ve made an agreement. It’s not a big amount of money at all, but I wanted to leave the feedback as a matter of principle.
