The seller is fairly slow to respond, the CPU I received is also non-functional. I am uncertain if it was functional when the seller mailed it to me, however I bought a replacement CPU from another seller and it works in my system, so this CPU is faulty. I asked the seller for a refund and offered to send the CPU back to him, but have not yet received a response. Should they respond and offer a refund I will update this review as such.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The CPU has been turned and refunded. This CPU was tested good before I removed it from the workstation, it's possible that it was damaged during shipping or there is an incompatibility issue, Unfortunately, I no longer have the motherboard to test it. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
