Ordered a hoover on the 1st of May costing £185.00. Should have received it by the 8th. Seller didn't bother posting it until the 15th May. I contacted the seller over a week after this date, stating I still hadn't received the item. They said we'll look into it for you. Messaged them AGAIN, a few days later to see if they had found anything out. This message was ignored. Messaged them a couple of times since, asking for a refund. These messages ALSO IGNORED. No refund? legal action to follow!
