Brand new in the box. Seller shipped immediately. Faucet was easier to install than my last touch. Comes with a handy tool to tighten the shaft nut underneath the sink. Came with a soap dispenser that I did not install. Operation is different than my last one. The LED light glows blue for cold water and red for hot water. The spout has three settings : normal, rinse, and an oddball jet for stubborn stuff. I miss the old one. I had that also had a larger volume setting.
