I ordered 2 wiring harnesses. 1 week later I received another persons order. No big deal.. mistakes happen. Paid for it to be sent back. Another week goes by and my order arrives.. well half of it. Follow the instructions.. it’s solderless.. not rocket science.Finally determined that the output hot and ground were soldered together. Owner acknowledged this, apologized for all the problems and would send my other order for free. Now won’t respond. I have been extremely understanding during this.

Dbag of the year award goes to…..ckeeler-2012!!!!! Congrats!Unbelievable. Here’s what he’s not sharing….i gave him a full refund for the issues he experienced. Told him I was going to give him his OTHER harness for free also. $150 in free merchandise. That is, until he tells me - I have screen shots of him admitting it was HIS FAULTY NECK PICKUP FROM THE GET-GO!!!! So, we refunded him 100% for HIS FAULTY pickup not working, NOT OUR HARNESS. He then still wants second harness for free!
