Poor packaging resulted in severe damage to the item. (Proper delivery by seller is required by eBay.) The Seller eventually offered a full refund, which was accepted, but never received from the seller. Subsequent emails about the refund were answered with nonsense which may have been a language problem, but that does not make it acceptable. I was forced to open a case with eBay, which was promptly decided in my favor and the refund also promptly deposited by eBay to my PayPal account.
