It's a great looking laptop and performs as well. Have I had any problems? Yes, I didn't pay attention to which OS was going to be on it. I presumed it would be the current one. Never presume! Now at my age I am having to seek help among my relatives to install the newest OS. But the laptop is a work of art. Beautifully reconditioned. It's the OS problem that had me give it 4 stars...it's really a 5 star purchase and I would do it again
