If you remember after seeing the initial price increase i told you to cannel the order. What i received despite the cancellation is not natural Alexandrite but artificial gemstone if it can be called gemstone at all.The certificate is not correct. So generally it is deceptive transaction. The item looks nice but everything else is fraudulent.
I am expecting full refund.
