thank you...the tootsie toy furniture was all put in a baggie, they are so delicate...they needed to be packed individually...

The breakable pieces were wrapped with bubble wrap and separated apart from the others and the metal pieces were placed in a zip lock bag. They were wrapped with bubble and paper and mailed in a box. Package was secured and packaged with care. These pieces were not damaged. Not sure what the problem was here. I remember packaging with care.
