I bought what was listed as a brand new sealed bluray set. What I got was used. Instead of simply accepting the return, I was met with an entire paragraph. I was called a liar, accused of piracy and threatened with a $250,000 fine from the FBI (???). I would avoid this seller at all costs.

You did not send us the DVD set we sent you. A DVD is scratched and another has your finger smudge. The package is worn,. We sent an unopened DVD set we bought at Walmart for $40. You kept that new set and sent us your defective set, Bubb.
