the frames cannot be used with new lenses. the old lenses were glued to the frame. total waste of money. parcel arrived with a $23 COD charge that i do not understand. contacted seller. no reply.

We are sorry we didn’t reply, there was a mix up between our partners where we each thought the other was taking care of the communication and also sorry about the charge you experienced. We listed the frame by following the same standards that others with similar products did. We also don’t list things for international sales directly, they go through the international process that eBay claims to take care of for us, so we have no way of managing the forms or why it charged you the way it did
