Sold item as for not working and for parts. Buyer upset item is not working? Truly a riddle. Sold 100+ items this year no issue but I am the issue. Clearly pictured charging pins damaged, likely buyer did not attempt to repair. Did not accept return but closed offering partial refund, buyer would rather leave negative feedback to retaliate. Will be working with ebay to revise said feedback. Sometimes the buyer isn't always right :/
