Great service from seller and DHL ensuring that product arrived in UK very promptly. Goods exactly as described and a deal of care was taken in the packaging to alleviate any potential for damage. However, not really sure what happened within eBay and their processing of my order but effectively the "Click & Collect" aspect of their process did not generate required release code for the agent at the collection point to pass the goods to me. Shocking that this then took eBay 6 days to resolve!
