you use UPS at the cheapest level possible with no delivery options like to a ups access point store 1 mile from my home. UPS ALTERED THEIR DELIVERY TIME FROM noon to 2pm.. then they sent a mesg for a new time of 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. this is absurd!!
UPS SAID to call the sender to make delivery changes since it REQUIRED A SIGNATURE!! the item ended up 18
miles away at a ups center..
the roberts gal was totally inflexible when i asked for the access pt 1 mile away. EVER HEAR OF USPS?
