A week afterv paying I chased up delivery to which tracking info appeared but the item was never delivered to the post office for shipping.

This is all true. We auctioned off around 100 individual Parts and the logistical task was very big meaning we made some mistakes. We have previously had an impeccable record but have fallen short here. Sorry for the bad experience and we will learn from it and go ahead and refund the order
