I'm sorry you were not happy with your packaging, I use recycled boxes to keep the cost of postage and packaging as low as I can for buyers. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a box the exact size so I have to cut them to size. The measurements for the lampshade were accurate and in the listing and title. I have a 4 day dispatch time and this parcle was dispatched within those 4 days and arrived within the estimated delivery date.
