Item arrived with large hole in the center and stained badly on back. Poor packing wadded in box.Poor communication basically said I made all this up.Was not willing to offer price reduction as I asked several times. Item misrepresented. No apologies. Worst transaction since 1997. I would have been okay with a little price reduction but she refused.Due to being wadded up the hand painted cracked and tore she also said it was photographed a year ago.Said if a left my experience eBay would remove.

Totally false. No tears, rot or rips when sent. Item folded carefully, put in bag & then put in box that was 21“ x 14“ x 6“ high. It was not wadded or stuffed. She insisted on a partial return. She said she could not get to the post office, lived in the country, there was none near her. I gave usps.com to schedule a free pick up at her door. I sent return label & tracking numbers. She insisted that her friend bought 1 for $50.Buyers remorse!. She does not want to return wanted part $$ instead.
