I bid on the item and won a 1975 US mint proof set for 1 cent plus shipping! I paid and the seller cancelled. I sent the seller a message with no response. This is the first time this has happened to me! It wasn’t a mistake on the sellers part as there were a few items with a starting bid of 1 cent. I have no idea if he cancelled anyone else on their winning bids but this person should not be selling on eBay.
