The seller confirmed by email and shipped the computer the day after the order was placed. It was so well packed in a strong bubble case that it arrived unharmed even though the outer shipping box was crushed in transit. Although it is a used item, it looks new. It seems to work well. "Seems" because it is my first Mac, and I haven't figured it all out yet:)
