⚠️Definitely not as advertised. It’s a thin cotton type garment. NOT a USN WET WEATHER PARKA. Plus the USN print was printed wrong “ SUN “ and has a cream colour pull cord not green as pictured. Definitely not as advertised. Sorry this is so misleading , shame . 😞⛔️
