Seller communication was good. Shipping time was good. Item description was inaccurate. Item is listed as new, but it is clearly not new. There are scuffs and scratches all over the controller for instance that clearly show that is it used, and not just for "testing". It is misleading and deceptive to call it new. The item should be listed as used. I would have still bought it used especially if the seller has good feedback. But it's not going to help feedback when the listing is not accurate.

The vehicle purchased was new in the box and I always take them out to be tested because too many companies ship items out and don't never test them. The other thing is buyers lie and send their used garbage back. I have seen it too many times. He clearly says here stating the controller has scuffs on it but never says the RC car has any scratches on it. I am sure it came from the factory that way. As anyone can see I have new and used ones and I clear have pictures. Please look at pics.
