Shipping cost which was originally 5.32 ends up an extra 13.00 because the postal worker said it was sent in a priority mailing box that I didn't request. Because of this, the post office had to hold on to it until it could be routed in the proper manner, which was securing the correct postage, that I ended up paying. If the seller says 5.32 postage for the item it should be 5.32. Post office won't ship priority that cheaply. To be fair, the item and communication was good. Overall, neutral.
