DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Read their responses to other customers negative reviews and see screenshots of how they have spoken to me just over returning an item.
I bought a dog stroller which was sold as for medium large dogs with no measurements on the listing. It arrived and was far too big for any medium dog and completely unsuitable. I immediately placed a return the same day yet today I have received abusive messages from the seller just because I opened a return. Please see pictures

Again, we have done nothing of the sort you just dont like being asked questions we are entitled to ask about an item you have opened and used then tried to return. we have accepted the return and will still process the refund we have every right to ask questions. all you have done here is make your self look stupid. we are a reputable seller and honour to returns process, we will always ask questions as eBay's full of scam buyers and entitled folks moaning for no reason.
