The appropriate course of action would have been to send a message and wait for a response within reasonable time rather than give a negative review, considering that I am a private NOT a business seller. Beside this buyer made a misleading/incorrect/untrue/ degrading/harassing remark as to "lost the item elsewhere" as if I was an incompetent seller. For reference and context, I have not lost the item.

Refunding the postage difference or changing postage option would not change the outcome nor would you incur any losses. Thus, your comment was totally unnecessary and unfair, after I have done so much to accommodate ALL your demands for such a petty value.I even sent you a list of all postage charges for you to choose from. Hopefully I will not have the misfortune to deal with you again.
