The advert states new but when the box turned up it was covered in brown tape with no packaging. The lamp was supposedly new but came with a smashed bulb, a dead fuse in the plug and the liquid is cloudy which happens after a lot of use. The height states 14.5" but when it measured the height is 11", other than that it turned up quick.
