Seller listed as “New” not “ New Other “ Delivery was very slow and it wasn’t delivered for nearly a week. On receipt I checked the charge status of both batteries and they didn’t show any charge whatsoever on the 4 bar LED indicators . This likely means that they have been sitting uncharged for 1 year +. Given that it wasn’t posted for a few days after I paid, I would have thought the seller could have checked this and in any case this should have all been checked prior to listing

The item was brand new, 100% as described, & not here more than a year. If however I'd charged the batteries then it would no longer have been brand new. So you get brand new but in effect complain it isn't new (other) & yet claim the reverse. "Very slow" delivery?! On day 2 we messaged, I told you it would go day 3 (& I list as 5 working days anyway) and you replied "Ok thanks keep me posted" (ie you had no issue). It then went, as promised, day 3 via 48 hour Parcelforce delivery service.
