    Had an issue with shipping as eBay app was saying the item was in transit and ultimately was delivered to wrong address (not seller vault). I reached out to eBay support and seller sent aggressive message asking to close the return case using all caps on “WAS delivered”. Overall poor costumer service and I will not be buying from them again.

    Item was shipped to the address provided by Ebay. I was never informed that it went to the wrong address. Buyer clearly states it was not my fault. I asked the case be closed as it WAS delivered as far as I could tell and Ebay was holding up my funds due to this case being opened unfairly.
